    Once you have 8 badges, you can sign up for the tournament here. Once 24 people sign up, the tournament will start.
    Rules

    -All battles are single battles.

    -No hacked Pokémon.

    -No legendary Pokémon.

    -Pokémon may be any level.

    -Non-legendary Ubers are allowed.

    What about Speed Boost Blaziken, and the Drizzle + Swift Swim ban?
